The Initial Design Clarity Consultation is a focused first step: an opportunity to discuss your property, explore the questions shaping your decisions and establish the most appropriate way forward without committing to a complete interior design service.

Depending on the stage of a project, we support clients in different ways.

Initial Design Clarity

A focused consultation exploring the potential of a home or property and identifying the interior design decisions most likely to unlock it.

This is often the right starting point when:

  • considering a property purchase
  • planning a renovation
  • feeling that a home could work better than it currently does
  • preparing a property for sale
  • seeking experienced design judgement before committing to major changes

The consultation typically includes discussion of spatial possibilities, layout considerations, atmosphere and interior direction.

Consultation Fee: £1,000

Design Direction

For projects requiring a deeper level of thinking, we develop a clear interior design direction for the property.

This stage provides a framework before major design decisions are made and may include:

  • spatial planning and layout guidance
  • interior concept and atmosphere
  • recommendations for materials, finishes and furnishings
  • ensuring the architecture and interiors work harmoniously

This stage helps clients approach renovation or transformation projects with confidence and clarity.

Typical Fees: £2,500 – £7,500 depending on scope and property size.

 

 

Ongoing Design Guidance

For clients who would like continued support as a project develops.

This allows design decisions to be reviewed and refined throughout the process, helping ensure the project remains aligned with the original vision.

This may include:

  • reviewing architectural plans
  • advising on interior design decisions
  • helping maintain clarity and cohesion as the project evolve

Fees: chargeable per hour or on a project retainer by agreement.

 

Fee Notes

Fees shown are intended as a guide.
VAT will be charged at the standard rate of 20%.
Travel outside the local area may be charged separately.
